Will I get confirmation for my order?

Yes, you will get invoice as confirmation. It will come as email, SMS or what’s up

What device or gadget can I use to order?

Our website is compatible for all gadgets. You can order through the use of your smartphone, laptop, iPad, desktop etc.

What if my order is out of stock?

You will get a similar order. If a similar order is not available. You will get a refund

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order any time before 6am, on the day of delivery. Please send Email to cancel. Send it to  orders@harvesty.co.za

What is your minimum order value?

Minimum order is R499.

What is your maximum order?

We don’t have a maximum order value. You can order bulk and we will deliver. For bulk orders enquire at enquiries@harvesty.co.za

What is your delivery price?

Deliver price is only R99.

Does your company offer fresh produce subscription?

Yes.

How does your subscription work?

The customer puts his credit card details and then say every day or every week or every month on a particular day, we must deliver that grocery.

Is the customer allowed to make changes on subscription.

Yes, the customer is allowed to make changes.

What about orders placed on Friday?

We deliver on Saturday.

What about orders placed on Saturday?

Orders placed on Saturday must be placed before 7am, so that they can be delivered same day. If an order is made after 7am on Saturday, the order is likely to be delivered on Monday.

 

What if I’m not happy with quality of produce received?

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your produce. You will then show us an invoice as proof of payment and we will gladly replace your produce. Replacements does not apply for produce that has been stored improperly after delivery to customer. We reserve the right to change the replacement policy at any time.

 

What can I do if I am missing items in my order?

If you’ve received your order and there are items missing from your delivery you can email the following information to enquiries@harvesty.co.za Please supply 1.) Order number. 2.) A list of the missing items. 3.) Attach a picture of the slip or invoice.

Are your fruits and vegetables organic?

Not all our produce is organic. We do mention in the website description if the produce is organic.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

Payment is done online through PayFast.

We accept Card Payments, EFT, QR Scan online shopping.

If order is paid for by EFT, this doesn't reflect immediately therefore please email proof of payment to orders@harvesty.co.za. No SMS or screenshots of the payment will be accepted.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, your payment is secure. We use PayFast. PayFast is a safe and fully functional suite of payment gateway software that allows businesses to accept payments online.

You order today, we deliver the next day

How do I track the status of my order?

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fee is R99.

Do your delivery person accept cash on delivery?

No, we don’t accept cash on delivery. Delivery costs is paid while purchasing.

Can I select a delivery time that suits me?

Yes, you can select any time slot that is suitable to you. However, your delivery time must fall within 11h00 and 18h00.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Yes, we deliver on a public holidays.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery done every day from Monday to Saturday.

Can I send an order to another address?

Yes, you can send an order to any address that is currently serviced by Harvesty. But we don’t deliver outside of areas we service.

How many items can I order per delivery?

You can order as much as you like, from a small order of R199 to a bulk order. To enquire about bulk orders, email  enquiries@harvesty.co.za

What do we do with undelivered produce?

If we are not able to access your home and there’s no one to pick up your produce, we will go back with the produce. If possible, we will try to return later the same day to deliver. If we can’t return the same day, we will deliver the following day. We will charge an extra delivery fee of R35. If we deliver the second time and still can’t access the home or there’s no one at home, the customer will have to fetch his or her goods from our offices.
