Return & Replacement Policy

1. Report Quality Issues Promptly
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of produce you receive, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide your invoice or order number as proof. We’ll arrange a replacement of the affected items at no extra cost. Produce stored improperly after delivery may not be eligible. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.

2. Missing Items
If any items are missing from your delivery, please email us within 24 hours at enquiries@harvesty.co.za, including:
• Your order number
• List of missing items
• A photo of the invoice or delivery slip

3. Out‑of‑Stock Items
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll substitute it with a similar product. If no suitable alternative is available, we’ll refund the amount paid for that item.

4. Damaged or Substandard Produce
We guarantee the freshness and safety of our produce. If you receive any damaged or substandard items, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and details. We’ll replace the items, provided the produce has been stored properly after delivery. harvesty.co.za

5. Cancellation & Refunds
To cancel an order, send a request to orders@harvesty.co.za any time before 6 AM on your scheduled delivery day. Once processed, refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
